How I work
Consulting only helps if the result holds up after I leave. These are the things I hold to.
I start from the decision you need to make, not the method I want to use. If the data you have cannot answer it, you hear that in week one rather than in the final report.
Analyses ship as versioned code with pinned dependencies and documented inputs. You can regenerate any figure a year later, and so can a reviewer.
You see intermediate results as they land, not a single delivery at the end. Scope moves when the biology moves, and we adjust together.
Experimental design through processing, analysis and visualisation. I can join at any point, including taking over a pipeline someone else left behind.
